Return & Refund Policy
All orders are made-to-order and handcrafted. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, production has begun and the order can no longer be cancelled or modified for any reason.
All Sales Are Final
Because every pair is handmade, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or "no longer wanted."
- Not liking the style, color, or fit after delivery.
- Minor variations in shape, size, stitching, or color. As a handmade product, slight differences from the photos are normal and expected, not defects.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to enter a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible and will not issue a refund or replacement for orders lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or mistyped address.
Refund Eligibility (Limited)
Refunds or replacements are offered only in these two cases, and only if the correct shipping address was provided at checkout:
- The item arrived damaged or broken.
- The order was never delivered (confirmed as lost by the carrier).
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and clear photos or video showing the damage or issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without supporting evidence, will not be accepted.
How to Request Support
Email support@boosoles.com with your order number and details. We review every valid claim and respond within 2β3 business days.
